Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application
By registering an account or using any service on the base44 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using, or to immediately discontinue your use of, the base44 platform.
These terms apply to all base44 platform users, including visitors, registered users, and any individual accessing platform content or services via a web browser, mobile app, or any other supported access method. The base44 platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
To access the full features of base44, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. base44 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential. You must notify base44 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping it up to date whenever changes occur. base44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, and failure to provide the required verification documents may result in the account being suspended pending completion of verification.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a base44 platform user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Hacking or attempting to hack the platform's systems
- Using automated software or bots without authorisation
- Manipulating games or outcomes through technical means
- Blocking or interfering with the normal operation of the platform
- Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity
- Using the platform for money laundering activities
- Sharing or transferring account credentials to another party
- Filing false claims against legitimate transactions
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and appropriate legal proceedings. base44 reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities without notice to the user.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the base44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are required to use payment methods listed on the platform that are registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without written authorisation is prohibited.
Successful deposits are credited to your platform account, not your bank account. base44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, technical issues on the user's bank's end, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account registered in the same user's name. base44 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals in certain situations, including where unusual account activity is detected. All withdrawals are processed in MYR and no currency conversion fees are charged.

Liability Limits and Account Policies
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, base44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, business disruption, or system failure. base44's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
The base44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and base44 makes no guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.
Account Suspension and Closure
Base44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraud, or carried out activities that compromise the security or integrity of the platform. In cases of suspension, the user will be given notice and an opportunity to clarify the situation unless immediate action is required to prevent further harm. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any existing balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the base44 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of base44 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation from base44. Unauthorised use of this intellectual property may result in civil and criminal legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The base44 platform may integrate with or reference third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. base44 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is subject separately to those third parties' own terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Base44 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the base44 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and where necessary, through the jurisdiction of a competent Malaysian court.
